All participants in the 2026 Riding To Remember Charity Ride, upon purchase of ticket(s) for the ride, automatically agree to the following waiver of liability.

1. Assumption of Risk
I, as a participant of the 2026 Riding To Remember Charity Ride, understand that participating in the 2026 Riding To Remember Charity Ride (“Event”) involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or death. I, the participant, voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers or others.
2. Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors and affiliates (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
